Are you worried about getting hit by a sense of motion sickness whilst using a VR headset? Valve’s Chet Faliszek states that you don’t need to worry because VR motion sickness isn’t related to the hardware at all (anymore). Faliszek himself is working on developing Valve’s own VR headset for future release alongside Sony’s Morpheus and the Oculus Rift.
Addressing the issue of those who have experienced motion sickness with a headset, Faliszek clarified that any motion sickness is a result of the software rather than the hardware and that consumers should demand that developers avoid causing motion sickness.
