If you haven’t realized it yet, today is National MMORPG Patch Day, which is presumably celebrated with a tall glass of update notes and unexpected server errors. Joining the celebration is Age of Conan, which has pushed out its Slithering Chaos update.
So what are we in for with this latest chapter of Hyboria? In addition to a redux of past Halloween updates (through November 8th) and more options on the raid vendor, the team has added a sneaky, snakey dungeon for teams to master.
“New challenges await in the cavernous depths below Dragon’s Spine,” Funcom announced. “The Avatar of Yig has been loosed unto the world, and you must put a stop to this otherworldly threat. This new six-player dungeon features chaos gems that may fit in rings found from the raid finder, or from new rings discovered within the dungeon itself!”
