Project Gorgon’s big update this week has two key parts. The first? Well, Elder Game is inserting gambling into the game, but not the lockbox kind; it’s a real casino.

The other core component of the patch sounds mundane – “storage cleanup” – but it should also make shopping and crafting much easier, plus newbies will be encouraged to hoard less gear than before, and there’s more storage dotting the game in general.
EG also notes that it’s tweaked monster critical hits, buffed pets, added new work orders, adjusted problem spells, and fixed some other bugs. Critically, “The cow ability Chew Cud now only consumes regular Grass, and not other grasses such as Evil Grass or Barley,” the studio says with a straight face. “This is because chewing something besides regular Grass is pretty much always a mistake, and sometimes a tragic one (like when you chew up your Eternal Greens).”
