Massively OP’s not-so-serious end-of-the-year awards continue today with our blooper award for best article joke (almost) nobody got. And the winner is…
Mad World
Every once in a while, Eliot will ask me if he can write an entire post as nothing but song lyrics. And I can’t remember the last time I turned him down. So when teeny-tiny indie grimdark MMO Mad World teased some gameplay trailers, well, an obvious opportunity presented itself.
All around me are computer platforms,
Some are Windows, some are Android,
I would like to play the same game on them,
This game does it, thanks to HTML5
Players do not need a client download –
Runs in browsers, runs in browsers,
But you want to know about the gameplay,
There’s video, there’s a video
And I find it kind of funny,
I find it kind of sad,
This indie from Korea is the best crossplay we’ve had.
See players fight while running
And scope the interface,
From iOS to desktop you can try this game out –
Mad World.
