Cutty cut.

Generally speaking, games being ported onto the Nintendo Switch are games that are now becoming more portable than they were before. Not so in the case of The Elder Scrolls: Blades, which is arriving on the Switch in the spring. It’s actually getting less portable, since the current version of the game is a mobile title, but on the Switch you’ll be able to dock with your TV and enjoy all of the gameplay on a much larger display area. Or, you know, tote your Switch around if you prefer.

It’s not altogether clear if the game will be released on the Switch in exactly the same state, but it will have Joy-Con motion support for the Switch version and players are promised that playing the game on mobile now will allow you to carry over your progress later. There’s no firm release date yet, but if you like Blades and wanted it in a less portable form… well, here you go.
