​Andrew Ross (@dengarsw): I’ll be doing my first Pokemon Go Fest ever, since Niantic is finally doing Go Fest closer to what I was originally told when they revealed more news of it during E3 2017: an event that is more about socializing than paying for power. Okay, so you’re probably still paying for some power (though I bet we won’t get free distance raid passes to simulate the easy to access raids the physical events get), but my communities are more alive than usual, especially since Niantic finally listened to players and increased the storage cap. My favorite piece of furniture is any of our couches. We have some comfy couches. No joke, I would rather sleep on those than my own bed.
Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): Well I’d like to say I’ll be in Lord of the Rings Online since that’s where my heart is lately, but… well. You know. So I’ll probably be in Star Wars Galaxies Legends instead. There’s been a run on Deneelian Fizz Pudding this week – I’ve sold about 50 boxes! – and I can’t restock it fast enough. So I clearly need to rethink my pricing to get folks to calm their tits a smidge because it’s not really all that fun to do nothing but make one food and its subcomponents around the clock.
The furniture question is hard for me since my husband and I have built or bought used and then refinished about half of the furniture we currently own, and that makes it more personal. The easiest pick would probably be my computer desk, which we built entirely from scratch. We wanted a super long (but not too deep!) desk that would fit both of our PCs and other equipment so we could game and work side by side. It was one of the few large pieces that made it across the country with us during our move a few years back. Still using it!
Carlo Lacsina (@UltraMudkipEX), YouTube): If there’s time this weekend, I’ll just be doing more grinding in Black Desert Online. I’m really bent on making my character as strong as possible before the season ends in early September. I might tool around with a few Switch games like Paper Mario: Origami King, but that’s all. I might just end up lazing around on my brand new Tempurpedic mattress with the wifey.
That mattress is awesome, we just bought it two weeks ago and it’s been a huge help for us. It’s definitely my second favorite piece of furniture in my house. My true favorite is me. Yes, I am my most favorite piece of furniture in the house. I’ve been home since literally March and it’s been nice just being at home.

I hate all of my furniture. Except my bed. The bed is good to me.
Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): Got something new to play for a bit of a rush job now, so I’ll probably be doing that alongside some Final Fantasy XIV. That really should be enough for this weekend. It’ll probably be sedate. I would love sedate.
There’s a lot of nice furniture in my house, but I think my favorite thing is probably the futon we have in the den. It’s comfy and fun. Bed is a close second.
Mia DeSanzo (@neschria): I have some family things going on this weekend, but I hope to enhance some gear and keep on the grind in BDO. I have some new games to check out if I get too frustrated with that.
My favorite piece of furniture is our sectional in the basement. Our TV is down there too. I love hanging out down there with my laptop while my family watches TV. I sleep on it more often than I’d like to admit.
Sam Kash (@thesamkash): I think I’ll be playing some Star Wars: The Old Republic but I’ve largely been on a burnout binge. Playing all sorts of retro inspired single player games.
Favorite furniture? Maybe the sofa. If I’m not at my desk I’m probably laying on it.
Tyler Edwards (blog): I’m working my way through my backlog. Next up is Agents of Mayhem. Not sure if I’ll like it not, but the art style is appealing, and I’m craving something action-y. If it doesn’t work out, I have no shortage of other options.
Bonus question: My big old dresser. This thing is older than I am. Since I was a home birth, it’s actually bound to have been one of the first things I ever saw.
