Mark your calendars, because September 15th is going to be a significant date for Fallout 76. That’s the day when Update 22 arrives, bringing with it the One Wasteland leveling revamp as well as the game’s second season of play.
Speaking of Season 2, this week’s Inside the Vault dev blog gave a preview of the cool G.I. Joe-like theme and some of the new rewards that players can achieve by progressing through it over its 10 weeks. Bethesda said that it will be adding more daily and weekly challenges for the season and will allow players to purchase rank-ups immediately if so desired. Also, there’s a fooseball table little little Fallout Guys, and I must own it.
To wrap up Fallout 76’s first season, the team has switched on a Double SCORE event that is running through the 8th. More such events are being planned for season two to help us casuals catch up on the 100 ranks of reward progression.
Fallout5 cant come out soon enough. F76 is too much of a money grubbing game to enjoy….
Does this also include the changes to the way the game handles hunger and thirst?
no. it was theoretically supposed to but it was never on the pts.
Considering how much of that last major patch got delayed, I’m surprised that everything made it this time around
They are not there yet, still plenty of time to yank stuff out before launch
Haha :)
On a serious note: We had ample warning on features cut from the test server, and it seems we’ll get all of it, probably also including quite a few bugs
While I am enjoying Fallout 4, I feels like it was a trial run for Fallout 76. Given what I know about the latter.
Yes ..but FO76 is different in its own way.
Honestly, the only similarities between fallout 4 and 76 is the engine.
Gameplay is pretty different between the 2 games.
