The Sanctum league in Path of Exile saw some adjustments in a patch last week that targeted things like the Death Toll major affliction now causing resolve loss, additional lightning bolts from Herald of the Scourge’s waves, and better visibility of the ground degen effect when fighting Lycia.
The patch also added the new Voidborn Reliquary Key item that opens a related item with over 1,000 foiled unique items inside of it, with more to come once Voidborn Supporter submissions are worked through. The patch otherwise has applied a number of changes to general gameplay and Ruthless mode as well as a host of bug fixes. For those who want to get into the deeper details, the patch notes await.
