I can’t help but feel that Star Wars: The Old Republic’s been treading water (at best) or slipping away (at worst) in recent years. And considering that makes me sad, as BioWare’s MMO was one of my favorite mainstays for a while there. In fact, I still have — and occasionally play — the character I rolled on launch day.

Something needs to be done for SWTOR to improve its chances at a better future, but the question is, what? Is it another expansion? A change to some of its core systems? A rebooted legacy server (oh man, I’d play the CRUD out of a progression server, let me tell you)? A flashy race, regular content drops, or a better storyline?

SWTOR players, past and present, I want to hear from you today! What can this game do to forge a better future?

Every morning, the Massively Overpowered writers team up with mascot Mo to ask MMORPG players pointed questions about the massively multiplayer online roleplaying genre. Grab a mug of your preferred beverage and take a stab at answering the question posed in today’s Daily Grind!
