The VR MMORPG Ilysia is planning a road trip through the world of Updatesville, with lots of stops including Content City, the Upgrade Mall, and Platformopolis. Don’t believe us? Just look at the roadmap that the game has shared. It’s a proper holiday road!
The roadmap in question offers a rundown of promised updates between the month of November and into the winter and spring quarters, including improvements to the starting island this month, better mob AI and server merges in winter, and the addition of cooking, the opening of a new zone, and the arrival to PSVR 2 in spring.
While we’re talking about VR platforms, Team 21 Studio also shared a side-by-side video comparison between the visuals of the Quest 2 and Quest 3 headsets, which promises to add better resolution, texture filtering, render distance, detail distance, and real-time shadows.
