Fallout 76 is heading to Shenandoah National Park in 2024

Even as Fallout 76 struts down the boardwalk of its December Atlantic City DLC, the team at Bethesda has its sights set on something closer to Appalachia for the new year.

Next up for the post-nuclear online RPG is a second installment for Atlantic City in March that will include a confrontation with the Jersey Devil (the cryptid, not the team). But past that, Fallout 76 is preparing a visit to one of the most iconic national parks in America.

“War never changes, but that sure doesn’t stop Appalachia from mutating,” said Bethesda. “Later in 2024, we’re expanding our map southward, deep into the wooded heartland of Shenandoah. This uncharted, once-tranquil expanse in the heart of Virginia will bring a new questline, factions and rewards.”

The devs also vaguely mentioned “several additional features and improvements that benefit our avid builders and adventurers alike” for next year.
