Gigantic continues to unfortunately be caught in the throes of server-related launch problems, but Arc Games and Abstraction believe that they may have a fix that will help. The studios are planning to roll out a patch, which will cause disconnections for about 15-20 minutes but should help the ongoing problems. Ideally, anyway.
The devs further confirmed that players will be receiving a compensation package of some sort that will be handed out in the future for all of the issues. Timing and details for this bundle were also not shared, but fans are being directed to social media and the official Discord for news of when both updates will be arriving.
