Still fussed over that whole Aeternum thing, New World players? Well, how about a new video series that welcomes you console players into the MMORPG you already play and love?
Yep, Amazon has kicked off its Touring Aeternum video series this week, with the first episode called Welcome to Aeternum and narrated by no less than Grace O’Malley. Not the real one, of course, but the game’s version of the salty pirate captain.
It’s pretty fluffy, honestly, and more like a lore introduction for true newbies, as it effectively explains how players end up on Aeternum, that they can’t leave, and that they live forever… which isn’t always ideal. Savvy gamers will note the teases of crafting and housing systems too. Still, it shows off the game’s gorgeous visuals – which might be more appealing to consolers than lore anyway.
