With a pair of fresh Lord of the Rings Online legendary servers coming in July, time and testing is paramount to making sure that the new 64-bit architecture and world event work from the get-go. To help in that regard, SSG is hosting a stress test for the upcoming Mordor sever from Monday through Wednesday this week.
“We are working to open the upcoming Mordor server for a special preview on Monday, July 1st, time to be determined, with a special stress test and wraith event preview on Tuesday,” the devs said. “We would like as many people as possible to try logging into Mordor starting at 3pm Eastern (-4 GMT) on Tuesday, July 2nd to test the capabilities of the European-located server. Starting at 3pm Eastern a member of the LOTRO team will be on Mordor spawning Ringwraiths as well.”
