It’s all over now. After years of building up the Iconian threat in
Star Trek Online,
the story arc is concluding in this final episode, giving captains a chance to hop into battle against the enemies that have fought the Federation, the Klingons, and the Romulan Republic since the game’s original launch. And you can bet that there’s going to be at least a bit of sacrifice necessary to stop that threat, because… well, it’d be a pretty bland climax without it.
Players will earn a variety of rewards for clearing this episode; the first clear on an account will receive a special weekly reward box, completing the episode will unlock a title and outfit for captains, and this week also rewards a new deflector array as part of a special set. If you’re catching up, you can also take advantage of this weekend’s bonus event, which provides extra marks, extra XP, and extra Dilithium across the board.
