That's silly. You're silly.

Yesterday started Season 11 in Overwatch 2, but if you’re the sort of person who prefers hard facts over a fluffy overview dev blog, then you’ll be happy to learn that the season’s patch notes have all of those details you could possibly want.

One of the likely most interesting parts of these notes are about competitive play updates, which include a displayed rank percentage, name changes to win and loss streaks, additional parameters for assembling wide groups in matchmaking, and the option to see a match’s final scoreboard.

Another important portion of the notes is about character adjustments: Highlights here include an overall reduction in knockdown time when two charging abilities collide, a base health reduction for Roadhog, the replacement of Cassidy’s magnetic grenade with a hindering flashbang, some slight reductions to Reaper’s shotgun spread and Shadow Step cast time, and the removal of Kiriko’s ability to remove hard knockdowns, among several other adjustments PvPers probably will want to know.

For those who are looking for a bit more community-led fun in their PvP shooter, Blizzard is casting a light over Season 11’s community crafted mode, which features some role adjustments made by “the community” (aka influencers) that focus on tanks heroes, hitscan damage, projectile damage, and support characters.
