If you’re a fan of Monster Hunter, then you’ve no doubt been watching the various weapon preview vignettes that have been coming out of Monster Hunter Wilds over the past two weeks. But maybe you haven’t been keeping up or you just want to watch them all again. In that case, there’s now a video that collects everything shown so far into one place.
The package starts off with a look at the earlier highlight of the new focus mode that drives much of Wilds’ combat, followed by targeted looks at every well-known weapon in the game. Each oversized implement of monster pain gets an overview of their unique mechanics, a spotlight of focus mode attacks, and in a lot of cases several looks at some new moves.
Monster Hunter Wilds is targeting a launch for sometime in 2025 on PC via Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation 5, with full cross-platform play confirmed. The video awaits below for the hungry hunter, and make sure to check out our own Andrew’s Summer Game Fest preview if you haven’t already.
