Usually when we put out the weekly Black Desert news bundle we start with the PC version of the game. This time around, however, BDO Mobile gets top billing thanks to the introduction of new areas and new weapons.

This latest update focuses on the Star’s End and Western Fallen Zone monster areas located in West Calpheon. Each of these new battle areas are intended for higher level players with new knowledge to earn, new big monsters to fight, and most importantly a new resource to collect known as fallen god’s remnants, which are needed in order to craft the all-new darkstar weapons.

As for those new weapons, they’re described by Pearl Abyss as being similar in power to dawnveil weapons but feature distinct attributes as well as a dark and spooky look. The chase for these new weapons begins in the Western Outpost area, which is open to those who have completed the Kamasylvia quests.

Of course the PC version of BDO isn’t without its own news too, as Pearl Abyss is continuing its slate of videos that preview Morning Light Seoul: The two latest vignettes waiting below preview the MMO’s upcoming sovereign weapons and tour the Gyeongbokgung Palace.
