Most of the time it seems as if Lost Ark players are pushing their way through the latest raids and boss fights as they climb the ever-extending ladder of character power, but the recently added Behemoth fight seems to be a wall for most players, either as a result of statistical issues (as opposed to skill issues) or because players are gatekeeping (shocking nobody). It’s for that reason that players will be have gotten a little extra help as of this morning’s maintenance patch.
Upon logging in today, players will find they’ve been handed a bundle of restoration tickets for armor and weapons and buff-granting foods, all with the aim of helping newly minted item level 1620 players power up enough that their transcendence level and DPS contributions won’t see them locked out of the fight by the MMOARPG’s notorious PvE elitists.
“We looked into slightly tweaking the balance, but Tier 4’s imminent arrival on October 9 will provide an immediate and substantial Item Level boost for 1620 characters using the gear transfer system,” Amazon Games explains. “While Behemoth is clearable with a party of 1620s, we wanted to provide a gift to help players juice their characters up for the raid in response to the feedback we’ve seen.”
