Look, you have to give Blade & Soul some credit for delivering what it promises. What’s the new update called? Ashland Village. What’s the centerpiece of the update? A dungeon that is named Ashland Village, taking place in the eponymous village on the northern continent. It’s a new Ancient Dungeon and has a new Demonsbane gimmick that changes weekly. That is pretty much what it says on the tin. You cannot complain that the Ashland Village update features a dearth of Ashland Village.
You also cannot complain that the update features a dearth of new armlets for gear, as it specifically adds a new kind of gear in the Prowess Armlet. “Do you upgrade the Armlet by interacting with Ashland Village?” You just might be on to something! And there are other features in the update, as well as new events shared on the landing page. It might not be Silent Hill, but maybe Ashland Village can be your new special place. Or at least your armlet’s special place.
