Gloria Victis is gearing up to feature an impressive soundtrack, if its new main theme is any indication. The studio released the title track, called Another Story Begins, to YouTube this week. The soundtrack is being composed by Marcin Przybyłowicz, who previously worked as music director for The Witcher 3.
And just because the team is jamming out to this tune doesn’t mean it’s neglected the actual game. A small patch was introduced to the game that includes “tweaks done to the territory control system, introduction of the dynamic events markers displayed on the minimap and improved server performance.”
Listen to the new main theme for the upcoming game after the break!

Robert80Â theeknighthood I will hold out hope for a patch soon, thanks for your suggestions though, it was much appreciated
theeknighthood Robert80 Yeah, have not had issues with overlays… I do know there have been some issues with a few of the Nvidia cards not seeming to be recognized.
I love this music, goosebumps at 1:35 =)
Beautiful theme.
Beautiful tune!
Robert80Â theeknighthood I am running a GTX980 Ti :(
theeknighthood If you are under steam, try selecting the properties, going to betas, and using the DX9 legacy mode. It isn’t updated, but it should be playable.
Either that, or if you wish to play LiF you will need to update the graphics card. (There’s been some cool stuff added since, and you will have to toil solo only pretty much in legacy mode… so it isn’t all that great unless you want a very long term project.)
I bought this and dabbled in it, but it’s fairly complex and I know I’ll get sucked in so I have not put too much time in yet. Â That said, game runs well and I’ve enjoyed the hours I’ve spent in game. Â I need to find a clan because I hate running around without someone watching my back. Â There is work to be had, but the game is fun now, if anyone in on the fence.
One of those small dev studios will some day bring the Next Big Thingâ„¢ in the MMO landscape. Not in particular talking about Gloria Victis but it’s astonishing how some small studios toil quietly on their projects, getting actually things done, and are innovative, while games hyped by press/media with big campaigns and/or crowdfunding drives fail to impress and progress.
If there’s any devs for the game reading this, please drop all other priorities and fix the combat animations.Â
Fix the combat yesterday. No snide remarks, no explanations on why you have to wait, fix the combat.
