Star Trek Online is celebrating in many different ways, one bit of celebration is fee to everyone:

Players who log in to STO between July 21st and July 25th will see the admiral’s uniform under the Promotions tab in the C-Store; claiming it on one character will unlock the uniform permanently for your account. And yes, that does mean that your temporal agent from the oldest era of the franchise can wear a uniform from the newest incarnation of the franchise. It’s a pretty great time to be a fan of Star Trek.
