Hero’s Song’s Indiegogo is coming to a close in less than 24 hours, having raised (as I write this) just shy of half of its $200,000 flexible goal. The Indiegogo marks Pixelmage Games’ second attempt at crowdfunding; it aborted a flagging Kickstarter earlier this year. Studio boss John Smedley has said the game already has nearly $3 million in investor dollars and that Indiegogo funds will go toward paying developer salaries. Smed himself draws no pay from the project.
At least get them to $100K so we can make this happen:
I'll go 1 month as a vegan for every $100k we raise.

We recently included Hero’s Song in our list of indie MMORPGs worth keeping an eye on. The game is expected to hit alpha 3 for early backers later this month, with a full launch in March of next year.
