On Friday, Digital Extremes announced that it’s plotting an overhaul of warframes themselves. “With 34 Warframes to choose from (and the 35th on the way), a Tenno may find there is no challenge they cannot overcome by making good use of the swiss army knife that their Arsenal offers,” the studio says. “Some well-rounded frames do multiple things well, while others greatly excel in specific circumstances.”
Reddit is expressing annoyance over some of the proposed – and do note that nothing in the doc is set in stone – changes, particularly those to Ember, whose World on Fire skill is getting a bit of a nerf in exchange for a buff at high levels. Other changes, like those to Zephyr and Atlas, are being cheered.
The proposal is long with tons of embedded clips and over 100 pages of feedback posts, so make sure to take a peek if you’re concerned about your favorite ‘frame.
