We talk a lot about how we feel about the year that’s past and our resolutions for the next year, but we don’t tend to discuss regrets despite them being jut as relevant. After all, if I had known this was WildStar’s last year, maybe I would have made more of an effort to explore the game, really enjoy the stuff it had on offer one last time. I regret not making better use of the last stretch of time, simply because I didn’t know it was the last stretch of time.
Of course, not all regrets are that far-reaching. They can be as simple as “I wish I’d figured out what to play in EVE Online faster” or “I wish I had spent less time playing Champions Online when it’s on life support.” So today, let’s talk about this. Do you have any MMO regrets from 2018? Are they elements that will inform what you do in the coming year, or is it more a matter of just things you wish had turned out differently?
