Bless Unleashed outlines plans for guild mechanics in the future

There are some things you just can’t get done in certain time windows. Bless Unleashed has done as much as it can to be released in a reasonable timeframe with a good game at its core (by the developer standards, anyhow), but it turns out that some things just aren’t quite doable before launch. Case in point, it’s clear now that the guild mechanics in place in the game are only going to be the most basic and bare-bones version of guild mechanics possible, but the team is planning on iterating on that over time.

It’s important to note that these changes will be after launch, a date we still do not know beyond “early 2020.” This is not particularly clear in the official posting.

The current plan is to have more robust guild mechanics in place in an update in July, with a guild experience system, guild progression, and a way for guilds to face off against one another in PvP battles. Of course, priorities can change and the announcement is very clear that this is a plan, not a promise. Still, it’s good to see that there are plans for the future, and hopefully there will be more for guilds later on down the line.
