Blade & Soul is in a very celebratory mood with its upcoming January 11th patch, marking the game’s seventh anniversary and the start of a new year all in one soiree of a patch. In fact, there are three whole parties going down in the update, which leads to the devs sharing each event’s specifics in turn.
For the MMORPG’s seventh birthday, players will get to return to Candycloud Park and earn Anniversary Keys that can either be used to open gifts or cashed in as currency to buy a variety of rewards. The party continues during the Happy 2023 Event that grants Festival Coins to spend on more goodies when players complete dailies and weeklies or login, and the Fortune’s Favor event returns with a lineup of new cosmetic rewards to earn on five different game boards.
