Vindictus is one of those long-running, successful MMORPGs that has been around forever and a day and yet still slips my mind until it pops back up with an update – which is exactly what it’s done today. Nexon announced the release of new raid content to mark the game’s 13th year of life.
“Hailing from the Meteorite Tribe, Jarnir is a formidable warrior ready to vindicate her enemies,” the studio says. “Armed with a colossal greatsword that packs a devastating hit, and razor-sharp spears to skewer fearful enemies, Jarnir also harnesses the magnetic force of her tribe’s treasure. This unique ability allows her to amalgamate nearby swords into one greatsword, dealing devastating blows.”
To fight Jarnir, you’ll need to hunt her down in the new raid content.
“Accessible through Toward Taratha in the expansive Dimensional Rift region, up to four mercenaries of at least level 115 can enter the latest Grave of Swords raid where the powerful Jarnir awaits. The battlefield is scattered with fallen souls here, marked by swords acting as their tombstones. Brave players can venture into “Grave of Swords” until Tuesday, Dec. 5.”
