‘Shared-world puzzle adventure game’ Islands of Insight gets February launch window and releases a free demo

Back in June, one of the Not So Massively games we highlighted was Islands of Insight, a self-described “epic shared-world puzzle adventure game” where players work cooperatively to explore floating islands, unravel mysteries, and solve puzzles that range from mazes to logic problems to environmental challenges.

If all of that sounds good to you (and why wouldn’t it because this really is something unique), then you might be excited by developer Lunarch Studios’ reveal of a February 2024 launch window and a just-launched playable demo. The announcement came along with a new gameplay trailer that provides an alpha build look at the setting and some of the gameplay on offer, promising that the “thousands” of puzzles arriving on release will be “relaxing, challenging, and satisfying to solve.”

The demo is available on Steam right now where Islands of Insight can be wishlisted. Meanwhile, that gameplay trailer can be seen below.
