Brighter Shores lead dev highlights ‘room’ transitions and sensing small collectibles

MMORPG fans are kind of left waiting and wondering how Brighter Shores will shake out, particularly as its lead developer Andrew Gower continues to be the sole source of information and teases for the upcoming RuneScape-like sandbox. So with that in mind, there are a couple of new peeks out recently.

One such look involves the sense spell, which effectively works like a PBAoE radar that highlights all of the small collectible and interactable items that are nearby, whether it’s enemies or gathering spots.

A more recent preview shows off moving from area to area, specifically granting a look at how interconnected spaces (or rooms, to borrow Gower’s parlance) looks. Just in case this is your first ever isometric anything.

Brighter Shores is currently projecting a free-to-play launch sometime in the third quarter of this year, which means eager fans are probably going to have to keep looking at these Twitter teasers until testing or other major developments ramps up.
