One Shots: Infinity pool of Tamriel

Bree’s steamy overdose of hot tubs last week drew out one commenter to share another cool-looking pool in an MMO. If you thought infinity pools were a new invention, think again!

“In ESO, I bought Sweetwater Cascades because it’s a bunch of water features (various pools, flowing water and some waterfalls, a little stream) surrounding a token house with gorgeous views of a nearby aqueduct,” said Elenie. “That setting was pretty enough to get me to add a large raft, reading areas, towels, a change room as well as some fountains and glowing spheres in some of the pools. It’s not a hot tub as such, but I love it!”

Minimalistway is getting into a real David v. Goliath situation in Lord of the Rings Online. Let’s hope this doesn’t end with a bunch of smooshed guts underneath a big tree foot.

“Sometimes I imagine dungeons as short musicals, which makes them fun when I give the bosses songs. This one thinks he is pretty!”

Soso_tsundere has a case that not even Mulder could crack: “Just chillin’ in Palia and… is that a UFO?!”

CONSPIRACY! GOV’MENT COVERUP OF AREA 51! GROWTH HORMONES IN OUR CHEEZ-ITS! …wait, that might be a cloud.

Katriana wins “Best Shrooms of April 2024” award! Granted, it wasn’t a very competitive field, but I’m a fungi and say it should be given out.

“Don’t have very many interesting screenshots from the last few weeks sadly. This one from ESO of some enormous glowing mushrooms from some delve in Wrothgar is at least pretty.”

And I am happy to share this picture of my LOTRO character warming up to a good adventure in a fun new spring festival outfit. I love the pouch. The pouch is life. I have named him “Pouchy” and he gives me golden advice whenever I’m in a tricky spot. Did I tell you how much I like this pouch? It’s a great pouch.

Don’t be shy, you reader who’s never participated in the chaotic melee of the One Shots comment section! Toss in your favorite pictures and stories from this past week of gameplay and find your mettle in the proving!
