We get some weird PR in our inbox, but the other day a grown-ass man being paid four times what I make woke up and decided that this was the correct thing to send to a bunch of jaded games journalists.
It turned out to not even be about a game but about some other tech product, but before I clicked on it, my brain had already come up with a dozen possible MMO contenders. Which… isn’t a great sign for those MMOs. There are some games that seem to have years of thrill in them, while others are hyped right up until launch day and then you don’t hear about them again, not on news sites or through word of mouth.
