Up on melancholy hill.

Say, remember Citadel: Forged with Fire? Gosh, we haven’t heard about that one in a while, how’s the game doing? Well, we can’t speak for the playerbase numbers, but we can say that the game has just had a big new update that introduces mastery levels into the game. It’s functionally a set of additional levels for players who reach the cap of 60, but they work different and allow players a new form of progression once they reach the apex.

Players can also enjoy playing around with the new dynamic weather system, randomly spawning treasure chests out in the world, and a new system for building owned outposts in the world. The patch also massively improves performance and optimization across the board, to boot. So if you remember the game and had a vague wonder of “hey, whatever happened to it,” well… there you go! It’s updating and there’s new stuff to explore. Maybe you should go back.
