Palworld adds alpha pal breeding, teases new critters, and prepares a Summer Games Fest presentation

It’s been a bit of time since we granted a more focused peek in on Palworld, particularly since most of its social media posts have been about highlighting existing creatures. With that in mind, let’s pluck some of the news wheat out of the general YouTube chaff, shall we?

In terms of content updates, there hasn’t been anything new since mid-May, which is when the survivalbox introduced the chance for alpha pals to spring forth from egg incubators. The patch otherwise has adjusted health pools for special pals while nerfing their damage reduction and tweaks how long items dropped on death can be looted by others and disappear from the game world. The title is also playable on GeForce NOW for those who prefer to get their games via the cloud.

Previews and teases are otherwise the modus operandi for Pocket Pair: Last week the studio teased an upcoming summer update that looks to bring four new pals, a pair of new weapons, and what looks like a new area, while more information on future updates and features will be revealed during this year’s Summer Games Fest. The game has otherwise continued to post more of those previously referenced highlight reels, which showcase the Mammorest Cryst, Relaxaurus Lux, and Robinquill Terra.
