Last month Pearl Abyss announced the Awakening system for Black Desert, which is basically a weapon-swapping mechanic that allows traditional sword-and-board classes like the Warrior to instead wield a greatsword after certain prerequisites are met.
The Warrior awakening will hit the game’s Korean server on October 22nd. MMO Culture reports that the Sorceress and Giant classes are next in line. You can view the Warrior awakening trailer below the cut.
