Hanging with my Gnomies: A first look at DDO’s newest race

Small races in MMOs always have their die-hard supporters (as well as haters), so it’s not hard to imagine that there are those who can’t wait for Dungeons and Dragons Online to release the Gnome race already.

The Gnomes, which are coming with Update 30, aren’t just a Halfling model with a half-inch difference in size. No, this race definitely sports a unique look, with wildly creative facial hair and adorable faces. Gnomes will be free for VIP players but have a cost for the F2P crowd.

DDO Players recently took an extended look at the character creation screens for Gnomes on the test server, including a look at the iconic Deep Gnome race (who needs pupils anyway?). Check it out after the break!
