The final beta test for Black Desert recedes into the horizon, but that’s all right; there are only a few more days before the title launches for real on March 3rd. But wouldn’t you like a chance to celebrate once the game does launch? Aside from just celebrating insofar as you can play the full game, that is. The important point is that you’ll have some special competitions to take part in amidst all of the usual launch-day fun, with three separate contests running from launch day through March 22nd.
Players are asked to take a selfie riding any sort of mount, take a shot with guildmates, and upload an original music video with the game’s background music. The former two competitions will award in-game items, while the latter gives the participants a chance to win a Black Desert t-shirt in the real world. If you’re not really the pictures sort (moving or otherwise) you might want to just take a look at new information from the developers regarding future updates and localizing existing patches.
