While some people seem to thrive on competition and personal achievement, I’ve always found that I work best when I’m collaborating as part of a team. It’s just more enjoyable to be with others, support others, and work together on a common goal.

Happily, there are plenty of opportunities for that in MMOs, and it’s to this end that I gravitate in my social hours. But projects like working on a guild housing plot, helping a friend finally reach that hard-to-get achievement, and participating in multiplayer world events get me excited even more so.
