Ivara is pretty squishy, but great for stealth missions – once you level her up a bit she can turn invisible, guide arrows in flight, and launch all sorts of special arrows to do things like put people to sleep or create ziplines you can run across :)

I think you failed that last bounty stage because you were after a Capture target – as soon as you opened fire on the camp from a distance the target started running for it, and the mission failed when they got too far away from you. Best strategy for Captures is either sneak close or run in very fast.
