The ARK: Survival Evolved modding contest is coming back for a third round, in which Studio Wildcard will be challenging the members of its modding community to put their skills to the test in an attempt to win fabulous prizes, including a whopping $28,000 worth of cash prizes, with $15,000 cash in store for the Grand Prize winner. Individuals or teams who wish to participate will have a five-week window during which to submit their entries on the official contest website.

After the five-week submission phase ends, there will be a two-week voting phase during which the community will be able to vote on their favorite entries. Valid mod submissions include maps, feature mods, or even total conversions, so modders are encouraged to let their imaginations run wild and to take advantage of everything the game’s modding toolkit has to offer. Although the site doesn’t appear to be live at the time of this writing, you will eventually be able to find all the contest rules and details over at the official contest site.
