Fallout 76 is getting a patch full of fixes on January 14

Going nowhere, going nowhere.

It’s a brand new year, and Fallout 76 is encouraging everyone to party like it’s 2077, which would make the title a bit of a misnomer. It would probably mean that all of the game’s issues had been solved by that point, though. However, it’s 2019, and that means the game’s patch on January 14th is focused on fixing extant issues with Challenges and quests, fixing some Perks and weapons, and making sure that some exploits will no longer plague the community.

Another patch is planned before the end of the month to address the plans available on vendors, fixing other Perk issues, and improving some of the Legendary mods in the game. It’s all part of the ongoing process to improve the game from its launch state, so keep your eyes peeled for more detailed patch notes when the actual patches arrive. A new year means new patches and a new chance to make the game the best it can be, after all.
