Wargaming has rolled out a big patch for World of Warships today, as update 0.8.4 introduces new Soviet battleships, a new unique historical commander, the 12th season of ranked battles, retooled port environments, tweaks for the armory, balance changes, and the new Greece map in Domination mode.

“The Soviet battleships emerge from early access to take up their rightful place in the Tech Tree, together with the friendly competition that’s currently in full swing! Choose to join one of the two teams each day you enter the game, then score points and earn Provision Tokens.”

In celebration of the launch, Wargaming has granted Massively OP keys for a gift bundle! The codes will unlock for your account 200 Gold/Doubloons, seven days of Premium time, the Derzki and Bogatyr Soviet Ships, the Diana Premium Soviet Ship, and 20 damage control party consumables. Wargaming does not that these unlocks work only for new players. Click the Mo button below (and prove you’re not a robot) to grab one of these keys!

No keys left! Sorry.

To redeem your code, create a Wargaming account through the official site, then click on the “Redeem Wargaming code” in the top-right corner of the game’s official website, then enter your code on the resulting redemption page.

Standard giveaway notes: If there’s no captcha or Mo button and all it says is “No keys left! Sorry” in big letters, then we’re out of keys. If we get another batch from the studio, we’ll send out a note on social media. Having problems with the captcha not working? Try an alt browser or clear your cache. And finally, hang on to your code! If you lose it after all of our keys are given out, we cannot retrieve it for you.

Good luck and have fun!

Wargaming codes contain four strings of five characters. Not three… This is fake.

World of Warships is a lot of fun and highly recommended. The graphics are outstanding, the combat is thrilling, and the sinking animations are amazing. I do enjoy it and its sister game World of Tanks. I also liked World of Warplanes but not many people playing it anymore.

I’m not able to get these codes to work on the NA or EU Wargaming sites. They appear to be improperly formatted (too short).

Same issue here.

Ah, I see it now. I didn’t catch it because there was a typo

“Wargaming does not that these unlocks work only for new players”

should be note

This explains why there are still so many keys left.

Even as a new player it still doesn’t work. No indication on their site as to why either.

The only episode with glorious Soviet naval fleets I remember from history is the biggest naval tragedy of WW2: a Soviet submarine sunk MV Wilhelm Gustloff with 9000+ civilians evacuating from East Prussia in Baltic sea. That’s like six Titanics.

IIRC, most of the Soviet battleships they’ve added are notional at best – planned or started, but never commissioned.

By all accounts, however, they’re cracking good fun to play – designed to wade in to closer ranges for brawling. Apparently this is how Russian players prefer to fight.

The Russian players love to zerg rush, they do it in both WoT and WoWS, it can be rather frustrating to play with, or against, them!
