Are you ready for more map space, more events, more story, and even less Will Smith in Undawn? Then you’re the kind of player who is ready to enter the Island of the Mist, the multiplayer survival RPG’s latest content update that brings a new island for level 90 players to delve. An island that is presumably rather misty.
“In pursuit of the source of the catastrophe and after deciphering information from the VENUS Laboratory and Hela Military Base, the Raven Squad discovered mentions of a mysterious island in these fragments of data. With a mission to find the source of mutation and break the catastrophe’s deadlock, survivors arrived at this mysterious island. However, the past here is shrouded in layers of mist, making it difficult to distinguish truth from falsehood.”
The new patch promises a new map to explore with several distinct locations, all connected by an all-new storyline that features new weekly dungeons and aa solo challenge mode now, while a later update in early November will also introduce new monster siege group PvE content. The update also has kicked off a pair of events involving a Halloween event where players are invited to dress up in costume and a Rory’s Music Dreams event that tasks players with finding five items for rewards.
