If you haven’t gotten tired of the PvPvE extraction shooter bandwagon yet, or you’re electing to ignore the thin walls of this latest sub-genre bubble, then you may be excited to learn that Hawked, the team-based extraction shooter from My.Games that first cropped up this past July, has nailed down an early access release date of Thursday, November 30th. The shooter will make its initial early access release on PC via the My.Games launcher and on Steam, while a console early access launch is slated for sometime next year.

For those who don’t remember, Hawked brings the usual PvPvE extraction gameplay gubbins, only with a team-based 3v3 mindset; otherwise players will have to avoid traps, find treasure, take down enemies and other teams, and vacate with their goodies. Win or lose, players will get currency that can be spent on improving their character, while additional small treasures can be secreted away for extra rewards.

In order to draw players into early access, My.Games is holding a Renegade Rally contest that urges fans to pre-register for the shooter’s release to earn milestone rewards and be entered into various raffles for prizes like Raider Packs or a lifetime’s supply of premium currency, though that last raffle only has one winner and assumes the shooter will snare 1 million registrants. Dream big, you silly Amsterdam company, you.
