Holiday something.

There are a few things that MMORPG players likely expect from their Christmas-themed events, like snow, presents, and perhaps a visit from Santa Claus in some form or another. Luckily for players of Runes of Magic, a couple of those all-important boxes are being ticked with its planned winter holiday events.

Throughout the month of December, players can look forward to increased XP, increased drop rates when in a party, ramped-up upgrade part drops, and more talent points from mobs. There will also be seasonal traders that will exchange various boost items for runes between December 14th and 21st. Last but not least, Santa Claus will be coming to town between December 24th and January 1st, dropping presents into in-game mailboxes every day between those dates.

The wintry fun is running pretty much every day in December, though players will want to read up the event post in order to get specific dates, times, and other details.
