Extraction shooter Hawked has officially launched on PC and consoles

Billing itself as “the ultimate treasure hunt,” extraction shooter Hawked officially released this week to PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. On Steam, reviews are already in the “mixed” bin, though the concurrent playerbase is fairly low on that platform so far.

The free-to-play title features one to four players racing to collect artifacts on a lush tropical isle, using their combat skills and puzzle-solving abilities to carry the day. MY.GAMES says that it wanted to make “a game that brings that sense of adventure into every game whilst also being approachable and with a laser focus on creating a fun experience in every match.”

The launch comes alongside the game’s first season, Issue #1: Renegades. A recent roadmap noted some of the projects on deck, such as a UI rework, more platform releases, and special events.
