The cubic and cutesy multiplayer RPG Swords ‘n Magic and Stuff has been evolving a fair bit over the course of its early access despite having to cut its staff down to two peopke in 2022; readers will recall that last year saw a class system added and a fishing focused patch as well as Halloween and Christmas events.

It’s time once again to see how things are going for this plucky little piece of multiplayer gaming, which sees a pair of larger scale updates made in February and March: The first features a weapon enhancement system that lets players use a new prismatic stone item to unlock random stats of certain quality weapons, while the latest update introduces treasure hunting along with a related guild and rewards. In addition, both patches have made some of the usual gameplay adjustments and bug fixes.

In terms of what’s next, a roadmap post from January has a bug catching activity tentatively set for sometime in March or April, followed by a new Azura storyline that will herald the RPG’s very first dungeon delve and a new area known as Delver’s Pass.
