With V Rising poised for launch on May 8th – just over a month away, for those of you who are not so good with linear time – it’s important to note how many people are looking forward to the game’s launch. And the answer is… a bunch, as Stunlock Studios announced that the game has sold 4 million copies to date. That is a whole lot of people who want to vampire it up and force people to do their dark bidding within a misty castle.
For those of you curious about the timeline, the vampire survivalbox originally released into early access back in 2022, with the game having strong sales ever since and hitting the 3 million mark in January 2023. The full launch on May 8th is promising a final boss and more cosmetics, although Stunlock Studios is also clear that it will not mean the end of further development for the game. Just know that if you’re waiting eagerly for that launch, you’re in good company.
