RuneScape surveys players on 2025 plans while locking a YouTuber in an OSRS dungeon for 51 days

Just because Jagex put out a roadmap for RuneScape’s development through the remainder of 2024 doesn’t mean that the studio can’t adjust and maneuver its plans to fit the almighty whims of the MMO’s community. Jagex posted a new survey to gather feedback for RuneScape’s 2025 plans, helping to “make sure RuneScape’s future content is guided by players.”

Currently, the game is running a double XP event (which ends on May 27th) and giving its developers time to participate in “game jam” personal projects that may or may not result in new features and systems for the game’s future.

Over in Old School RuneScape, popular YouTuber J1mmy recently spent 51 days locked inside of the game’s Varlamore dungeon area. Naturally, he documented the whole experience:
