Black Desert brings Jordine Saga and major class balancing to console, adds guild history UI to mobile

While many Black Desert players might be engaged in the large scale War of the Roses PvP instance on PC, this week has also brought some new things for players on console and mobile to do as well, so allow us a moment to recap the highlights.

One of the big additions for this week’s console patch is the addition of the Jordine Saga, aka the newly revamped main questlines for Serendia and Calpheon that PC players got last month.

The other big piece of the patch involves significant changes to class skill hit counts, accuracy, damage reduction, and evasion. Overall goals for these tweaks are all about combat fairness, particularly in PvP, with improved defenses to one-shot kills, minimum damage for evading attacks as opposed to taking no damage whatsoever, and items having more of an impact in terms of stats. Obviously things get pretty granular here, so players should read through the full notes.

As for this week’s BDO Mobile patch, that one also has some class adjustments that are continuing from last week’s update, as well as a new guild history UI that records joining and leaving a guild, guild progression, and participation in various guild activities. The patch also makes further node war adjustments, resets the elite Trials of Ator, and applies a lineup of fixes.
